I am waiting for the second bus for San Francisco, the first was full and has already left. After three hours of waiting, this was ultimately a windfall of opportunity for a few snapshots of the atmosphere of these treasured Greyhound stations. A TV screen placed on the bank of lockers, with an American flag draped overhead, broadcasts CNN news continuously with the sound off. The wait is long, and everybody finally gets comfortable.
